   By Class/function list do you mean a list of classes and functions in the
current file displayed either as a menu or as a list in a pane next to the
text? PythonWin has that but it is only on Windows. This would not be that
hard to add to one of the open source editors. Boa Constructor, a big
complex unfinished free project, has a source browser as does the commercial
Wing IDE.
