I've now built an installer: http://www.cs.fhm.edu/~ifw00065/vim/

What it is:

Like the Vim 6.0 installer from the Vim folks (VisVim, OLE, ...), but:

- Vim from current CVS (6.0.158+)
- Python scripting enabled and linked against Python 2.2
- Installer built with a newer version of NSIS; uses bzip2 compression,
so the full installer is only 2.3 MB :-)
