Installing GDChart

After a few hours of trying to get GDchart running on a win 98 machine using
python 2.2, I'm looking for some advice. I've put the following files in the
DLLs directory:
* zlib.dll
* libpng.dll
* libgd.dll (to be on the safe side)
* gdchart.pyd
However, I couldn't find a dll for the jpeg option (jpeg-6?)

Now, trying to import gdchart, I get an import error: dll not found.

Can anyone please help me?
