You're wrong. I differentiated: "Plainly is the right not
only held, but it is exercised". The ability is part and
parcel to it being exercised. The right is also _held_
which is different from the ability.

Non sequitur. The right to free speech includes the right
to tell others you find their opinion execrable and to
"scram!" as much as it does to hang out and be annoying.
