I've been following this thread for a while, and
I think I see what the "problem" is:

1. You have this vision you feel compelled to show us
   and make us understand, and cooperate if possible.

2. We dont understand --pardon the expression-- Jack Shit
   of what you're trying to explain to us.

3. You become exasperated and berate us for our
   lack of understanding.

4. Others become defensive, not understanding your
   aggresiveness and insistence, so they shoot back
   a few lines about "show me the code".

5. You "show them the code", but we still don't
   understand what you're trying to get to.

You gotta understand: most people don't like to dwell
on hard, profound philosophical subjects, because
we like to "get down to the metal" and actually
do something tangible (err... as tangible as posible
with software).

But you're shooting down another lane, and telling us
that we should shoot down the same one.

and that's where things get out of hand.

?Am I right?

So... what are the practical hands-on implications
of all this?

That's *my* question.
