Autocoding project proposal.

Frankly, I've followed this thread, read the web pages, and given
up.  Rue, learn to write English (at least), program well in some
decent language (hey, try Perl), and stop insulting people, and you
might see your project amount to something.

To paraphrase an old friend, I used to know Timothy Rue, but he
had a different name...  (meaning, I've met your like before.)
