Panda3d

Hello, haven't seen any posts on this, so I'm sending out a ripple.

I've discovered Disney's Panda3d, a collection of software for interactive
graphical sims (games, etc.) that is driven top down by Python. The project
is in active development on sourceforge
(www.sourceforge.net/projects/panda3d - CVS access only), runs on a
variety of platforms (most anything that supports C++, Python, and OpenGL)
and is stable enough that it is used as the basis for many games in Disney's
theme parks. A developer dynamically codes up their application and game
logic in Python and uses the included language bridge tools to manipulate
C++ optimized objects that manage the 3d simulation, graphics, sound, and
input. Sounds pretty sweet.

Experiences? Opinions?

Enjoy
