DOS-Shell hangs up, python/Tkinter

Hi,

when I start my python/Tkinter apps out of a MS-DOS shell
and kill the app, very often the DOS-prompt doesn't come back,
the Shell hangs-up.
Anyone can tell me where the problem is?
