Dear all,

I am interested in developing a gui to a programm written in c and
python.
i would like to construct a gui for it using tk.

what i need is basically a widget which has an option to load a file
or to past a certain text (protein sequence) in a proper field and
take it as an input run on it the c programm ( which needs just the
name of the input file and the name of the outputfile). there should
be an option to get a gnuplot out of the results,..(but this is at
this stage resudial).

if anyone has a  sample code similar to my problem (python-tkgui)it
would be very nice to have a look at it to get some hints, as i am not
very familiar to tk under python.
