Well, Python just might not be one of the Microsoft approved programs 
allowed to run. In that case, you would not be able to use Python  at all.

Secondly, the Microsoft plan is so diabolically evil, and yet at the 
same time it is conceivable that it could be pushed into reality by a 
powerful corporate oligarchy in conjunction with a corrupt US government 
and an apathetic populace, that one  might suppose all decent humans 
would find the whole thing to be a gross affront to human dignity, and 
thus appreciate being made aware of the whole mess by David Leblanc's 
timely heads-up on comp.lang.python...
