Inside the python module mod_python (not the apache module "python_module")
there's a Publisher interface; you use that as your request handler inside
a directory.

Check out the installation files; I'm not on my linux machine, so I don't
know exactly where it is, but it's there, at least in reasonably recent
versions of mod_python.
