A human can do that, but it is less easy when Python code is automatically
generated.  This is the case in one of my projects, and because of this, I
do have a Python beautifier in the works.  I return to it from time to time,
still having good hope that it will be satisfactorily -- I only need to find
a few days of free time combined with the inclination to work on this. :-)
