Python and ITK?

There are no Python wrappers for ITK yet, at least last time I checked.  ITK
makes use of the Cable system (which was actually developed for ITK) for
wrapping, but currently the only supported interpreted language is TCL.
However, the plan is to add Python as well.  Please see:
