Dealing with OLE error

There are utilities that decode these
hex HRESULT codes.  I'm sure you can
find one on microsoft.com web site.
If you have any MS compilers there's
probably already one installed on your
system.

Also take a look on some of the windows
freeware sites, maybe tucows or nonags.
