win32: own content-type --> start python script

Hi!

Does someone know how I can install
a fileextension on win32, so that if I download
a file with this extension in a browser
a script at the client get's called?

Of course the script needs to be installed before
it. It is an intranet solution.

At best, this script should be called directly, without
asking the user if he wants to download or start the
given application with this file.
