Mailing List Problem

[Admin]

We are using cpanel for customers in which, we use your mailing lists.

We have several cleints that are having this problem.
They get a emails stating they have pending requests for authorization when they login to their admin panel and check there are no requests awaiting approval. They get this everytime they send out a email from the mailing list.

Any thoughts on what the problem may be
