Uninstalling Python hoses dll -- not

Recently I reported that uninstalling Python 2.1.x hosed a dll on XP.  That
report was greeted with skepticism.  Indeed, I am still having problems with
that dll, so Python appears to be completely in the clear.  My apologies for
jumping to conclusions.
