Hm, I thought of a .lib. Are MingW .lib files compatible with MSVC?
OTOH, a dll would also be fine.

Seems to be the same than what I have - I've got it by anon cvs from
http://sources.redhat.com/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/libffi/?cvsroot=libffi
