This is old fashioned DTML (still working but AFAIK deprecated and may be
abandoned in the future).

<!--#foo xxx yyy--> and  <dtml-foo xxx yyy> are equivalent. Try it in the
Quickstart.

BTW, TALES expressions in DTML would be great.
