This can't be correct.  The 386 never hit 75MHz.  I'm guessing you're
reading what Windows (3.x ?) reports in it's hardware settings which
only tells you whether it's running in "386 Enhanced" or "Standard"
mode.  

The actual CPU is either an AMD/Cyrix 486 clone or an early Pentium.
