[ANN] gallery2.py now useful

gallery2.py makes static galleries from directories with pictures. It is 
not the final version, but beta 10 is very useful for me.

New features in version 2 are 'sourcedir' and 'destdir' options along with
extraction of EXIF timestamp.

'Date', 'Where', 'Who' and 'What' properties can be written in a xml file
and included on the html pages.
