Sometimes you'll find better results using a directory:

http://dmoz.org/Computers/Programming/Languages/Python/Modules/Graphics/

which not quite incidentally is the same as

http://directory.google.com/Top/Computers/Programming/Languages/Python/Modules/Graphics/

=>  PyGDChart

As a desperate googling strategy, you could have found out that the PERL 
and PHP solutions use gdchart internally, *then* search for "python 
gdchart". As a rule of thumb, you'll find the Python wrapper easily if 
you know the name of the wrapped C library :)
