PDFLIB dll

Hi,

I'm trying to insert an existing pdf document into a new one, created with PDFLIB.
I tried the quickreference.py file given with the library, but an error occurs when interpreting : 
 
File "E:\PDFlib-5.0.0-Windows\bind\python\quickreference.py", line 8, in ?
from pdflib_py import *
ImportError: DLL load failed

I have put the libpdf_py.dll in the python dlls folder. I don't understand the situation
