Debug python for Windows?

Au contraire:
    http://downloads.activestate.com/ActivePython/etc/ActivePython-2.2.2-224-win32-ix86.debug.zip
The package is just relatively hidden. :)
(There is also an equivalent ftp://... path to this package.)

Unzip the package and run "python install.py".
