2.3b1 and Tk8.4.2

Hi,

I've tried to build 2.3b1 but it fails to build _tkinter.so with the
error message


-- *** WARNING: renaming "_tkinter" since importing it failed: 
build/lib.linux-i686-2.3/_tkinter.so: undefined symbol: TkSetClassProcs


and indeed, libtk8.4  (from 8.4.2) does not contain this symbol
while libtk8.3 does.

Is there a fix other than keeping Tk8.3 just for Python?
