test_hotshot crashed

Hi!!

I've build python-2.2.2 on NEC SX machine which
doesn't
support shared libraries.
I've also included the "hotshot" module through
Modules/Setup file.
But while running the test suite through "make test" ,
i am getting the test failure as:

 test test_hotshot crashed -- exceptions.SystemError:
_PyImport_FixupExtension: module hotshot not loaded

and actually what is happening is:

"PyDict_GetItemString(modules, name)" is returning
NULL in "/Python/import.c" file.

any pointers to what should i do to correct this ??
