Removing language comparisons

Done. I've captured everything I thought was useful (just  8 links) at 
http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/moinmoin/LanguageComparisons. I also added two 
fully-detailed point-by-point comparisons. Feel free to add more... it's a wiki.
