What about an if statement:

RiWorldBegin()
if True:
    RiColor(1.0,1.0,1.0)
    RiSurface('constant')
    RiSphere(1.0,-1.0,1.0,360)
RiWorldEnd()

I realize it's ugly, but it's easy.
