If Earthlink's hosting server is running Python, yes.  If not then no.
 Python needs to be installed on the web server you want to run the
scripts on.  I saw no reference to what they provide in the way of
interpreters on their web site, so you would need to either email or
phone their support line to find out.

If they have Python installed on the server then all you need is the
path to the interpreter.
