Or else the pro's put too many eggs in the "it's important as to
non-programmers" basket, and went down with that ship.  I for one am
interested - feeling (relatively) safe in assuming that its not going to be
a rehash of the "non-programmers" argument.

But far from secure that I am going to understand your response.

What is the basis for your support for case insensivity?
