How about this, as I suggested elsewhere in this thread:

t = {if "spam" in s:
       {if "eggs" in s:
         "vikings",
         "waitress},
       "customer"}

or equivalently:

t = {if "spam" not in s: "customer", "eggs" in s: "vikings", "waitress"}
