Generate template code to implement interface from TLB?

Hello,

where could I find a chunk of code that helps me
to generate a dummy implementation for some
interfaces from a TLB?

I thought, tlbrowse.py from PythonWin could be
easily extended to do exactly this -- has anyone
tried this already?
