Could anybody help me, please. During installation this error appears:

'import site' failed; use -v for traceback
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "inst/binary_install.py", line 20, in ?
    import sys, os, getopt
ImportError: No module named os

and the installation fails. Any solution?
