fixed point vs fixed decimal

If I remember my ibm 360 assembler course correctly, fixed point is
not necessarily decimal.  I believe you folks mean fixed decimal, or
perhaps packed decimal, not fixed point.  Fixed point would probably
more commonly be expected to be binary, or at least could ambiguously
be binary or not.
