pyrxp tagwrapper

I'm trying to create an application that uses the pyRXP module by
ReportLab, and I'm having trouble using the TagWrapper utility class
they released in their example xmlutils.py.

Does anyone have:

a) an example using TagWrapper and the XML source file for the
example?

or

b) Something like TagWrapper, that traverses tuple trees easily?
