PYTHON TO ANSYS

Hi ,

       Can anyone of you tell me if there is any way of interfacing ANSYS, 
which is a commercial software to python. I would like to have some sample 
codes which were written to interface solvers both commercial and in-house. 

can someone throw light on the interfacing stuff in general and cite 
references to some python source codes ??

Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated and a life saver !!
