tkinter: Better Traceback

Hi Fredrik,

Both solutions are need to change this which only root can do.
The application will be installed on several workstations
running Suse Linux8.2. Is there a workaround?

Would be good if I could use the default python (2.2.2) 
and TK version (8.4.2).
