All the failed messages from python.org...

I'm getting quite a few messages each day with message headers very similar to the following ones. I'm only providing two examples so you'll see what's generally happening but I'm getting quite a few each day. I'm not sure exactly when this started happening but it was within the last month or so. I have made no changes on my end to warrant such messages being sent to me:
