I don't think this relation holds, for any ?. CSV is "derived" data,
whereas the RDBMS is the "real" data. Deriving these data is used for
interchange.

In the applications that I consider useful for XML, XML is the "real"
data, instead of being derived from something. (and yes, I don't
consider SOAP a useful application)
