Debug version of Python 2.2 on win32 platform ?

There used to be a ZIP file with the debug binaries available from 
ActiveState. Not that there's much point in this download, though.

You don't need to build the WISE installer to copy a few .exe, .dll and 
.pyd files into the right places, do you?
