tkinter on IRIX6.5 Help needed

Hi

I am having a problem with setting up tkinter and Python.

I have Python1.5.2 installed on IRIX 6.5.

Typing import Tkinter 

Fails becasue it cannot find  _tkinter

I also have Python2.1 installed and it has  _tkinter.so in its /lib-dynload
directory. (this works)

My Python1.5 distribution has the  /lib-dynload directory but it is empty.

I am using Python1.5 as I am also using OmniORBPy.  The OmniOrb that I am
using is unstable with Python2.  

Can anyone tell me where I can obtain the correct _tkinter.so for Python
1.5.2?
