Interfacing Python & Fortran

Hi all
        I am interested in interfacing Python & Fortran . Searching the net,
I came up with Pyfort & F2PY.
I use a MIPS pro fortran 90 compiler on an IRIX platform. Should I go
forward with Pyfort or F2PY
.
