Aha, yes he uses CSS.

PyDS supports reST content, and includes a low profile localhost 
webserver (medusa based I think) to serve the generated HTML to your web 
browser.  Of course, by default it probably uses the same CSS as his web 
page, so probably won't do you much good there either :P
