Twisted Matrix 1.0.5 for Python 2.3b1 on Win32

I've built (with the help of the guys in #twisted on irc.debian.org) a
Win32 executable for Py2.3b1.

Due to service provider policies I cannot provide a working external
link so

- disable download managers
- open the below link and wait for the SP generated page and download
it
- have fun
