pcap in python

Frank, 
   I know there is a "pcap" module:
     http://sourceforge.net/projects/pylibpcap/
   but I think this is only for linux/unix and probably doesnt work
   for winpcap.  I dunno.  I am interested in a winpcap wrapper  
   for python myself.
