Plotting of maps in python

I use SVGdraw which I created for generating svg-maps. It can be downloaded
from http://www2.sfk.nl/svg. This also contains some map examples from the
Netherlands.
I also created a arcinfo export format (.e00) to svg convertor, but I
haven't released it publicly (yet).
