An excellent book. But you might also want to consider "Python in a
Nutshell", recently published by O'Reilly. The Python documentation is
large, and therefore sometimes intimidating. While the Nutshell is also
large, it tends to focus on the relevant.

There's also the "Python Cookbook", also from O'Reilly. Alex Martelli,
author of the Nushell, was one of the editors of this tome, which is an
excellent source of "how to" material.

I've never tried to print out the A4 docs, being resident in the USA, but
you should really consider reporting that as a bug (each page ion the manual
gives you the appropriate link for that).

The documentation is probably somewhat confusing as a result of having "just
growed", but you'll find if you persevere that most things you need can be
found in there. Then you cna lead a project to radically restructure it so
Python finally achieves the world domination it deserves!
