Quite possibly the draft of Kent Beck's "Test Driven Development by
Example."
Several versions are on the TDD Yahoo group file section, and the final
version is availible in dead tree format from Addison-Wesley.

"Uncle Bob" is Robert Martin, "Chet" is Ron Jeffries partner.
