Easiest way to change file association on WinNT, Win2K, WinXP would
be to run shell commands:

assoc .html=MozillaHTML
ftype MozillaHTML=C:\PROGRA~1\MOZILLA.ORG\MOZILLA\MOZILLA.EXE -url "%1"
