Since I have installed Python2.3b1 now, I would like to uninstall the older version 2.3a1. It is safe to simply erase the Python-2.3a1 directory ? Should I erase some other directory ? Maybe there is a uninstall script, but I don't find it. I have installed both Python 2.3a and 2.3b from sources on a Red-Hat Linux machine using the default settings. TIA, Michele
